Correlated Solutions provides external, cool LED lighting solutions that are easily adjustable and apply flicker-free and diffuse light. The characteristics of these lighting systems are essential for obtaining high-quality images for any test to be measured with DIC.

Whether the field of view is one inch or 100 feet, our engineers will recommend the lighting solution that is a perfect fit for your application, be it a standard LED system with custom housing, square panel LED systems for large fields of view, or polarized lighting systems for highly curved or reflective surfaces.
Light stands, robust positioning arms, and other robust mounting solutions are provided with each lighting system to ensure calibration targets are evenly lit and test images have good speckle pattern contrast.
Standard Light Kit
The CSI 1050 LED Light Kit is a high-quality LED lighting system that has been designed for use with the VIC-3D and VIC-2D digital image correlation measurement systems. It features two cool LED units each contained within a compact enclosure with multi-function positioning arms perfect for DIC testing in tensile frames or other testing equipment. Each LED light offers a very diffuse illumination up to a diameter of 36” and includes an interchangeable linear polarizer for reflection reduction (requires linear polarizer on lenses).

Large Area Light Kit
Put together for the image maker who requires a budget-friendly setup with color and power options, the 800D-RGB LED Studio 2-Video Light Kit from GVM is just the ticket. The kit ships with two 10.6 x 10.3 x 1.6" 800D-RGB Panels with CCT and RGB color control and Barndoors. Also provided are two 110-240 VAC Adapters with power cords, two soft diffusers, and a 7' light stand for each panel. Additionally, a case is included to carry the kit contents.
